FOR CHILDREN OF 6 YEARS AND OVER AND ADULTS.

• The dual density mouthguard is placed in the mouth, with the 2 lateral blocks under the tongue at the bottom.
• The tongue is then placed in its natural position at the top front.
• When the mouthguard is in the mouth, patients can breathe through their nose.
• The bi-density mouthguard must be worn very regularly at home for 2 hours a day and all night.
• When it is worn during the day, avoid biting down too hard and chewing the mouthguard. Bite down normally to swallow.
• The mouthguard should be cleaned in cold water with a toothbrush and toothpaste, before and after use. The recommendation is to place it for 1 hour a week in mouthwash.
• Never boil the mouthguard.
• It's normal for the child's mouthguard to fall out frequently at night in the first instance. YOU MUST PERSEVERE as functional reeducation is a long process.

• Not suitable for children under 36 months.
